Sawgrass Pediatrics - Boca Raton Office

LOVE dr Snyder. She’s incredible very knowledgeable confident funny practical. All the things you’d want and value in your child’s pediatrician especially your first child when everything is so new and sometimes scary! Office staff did give us a bit of a run around when we first tried registering but after we were established it’s very straightforward and we didn’t run into any other issues. We really like the new Boca office and never had to wait too long to be seen. HOWEVER, The “nurses” (medical assistants) are my biggest concern. I don’t want to call anyone out but they REALLY need to train them better at vaccine administration and professionalism. They are all very kind and welcoming but as a former pediatric medical assistant myself, some DEFINITELY need a refresher course. We had to

We absolutely love Sawgrass Pediatrics and Dr. Shulman. I’ve been going to Sawgrass for over 25 years — first as a patient myself and now with my two children, who have been seen there for many years as well. Dr. Shulman is incredibly caring, gentle, and kind. She truly takes the time to listen, connect, and makes parents and children feel comfortable and supported. We couldn’t imagine trusting our family’s care to anyone else.

Should’ve done better research before exposing my children to an awful practice. Staff is extremely rude, expects you to fill out 20 pages worth of history for the children when it’s pre-existing in their system. Nurse was extremely uneducated for someone working in the medical field administering shots as a job, I question office and staff licensing. Brought in both my kids at the same time for a 2 in 1 appointment which I thought was a bit weird, but rolled with it anyway. Doctor Susan Schulman said I was over feeding my child who is at about “just right” weight, and told me my other child needed a vaccine that she already received prior and UNNECESSARY and stressed MULTIPLE times that my child could gd forbid die if she didn’t get it. I usually go to coral springs but i now love the boca office. So cute and updated the staff was very pleasant. The Pediatrician didn’t rush me, she answered all my questions and reassured me on all my concerns

Dr. Miller is awesome. She is very kind and knowledgeable. My grandson loves her, and he has been seeing Dr. Miller since he was an infant. Some of the nurses and front office staff aren’t so warm and fuzzy, so I took a point off.
