SAWGRASS HOSPITALITY

WAS ok until I tried to use "MY" bathroom (detached, across upstairs hallway) and found the door locked at 5 am, has code pad but nobody said I would need a code to use MY bathroom, no code I had for my own room or front door worked and there was nobody else around to talk to or call. THIS is unacceptable for paying guests.

Really exlant service Everything is available there what we need morning to get ready.

I am from the Bahamas and this was a last minute business trip. The BED was so comfortable I looked forward to coming back EVERY night to get a good night sleep.Also SAWGRASS is next door so dinner and shopping was close.Definately my GO TO AIR B AND B for 2025.

This was my second stay here and both times have been absolutely amazing! J was a great host and always attentive to my needs. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and neat. The location was convenient with anything you need nearby. I absolutely loved my stay here both times and will definitely stay here again when needed.

Couldn't get in the gate with the code they gave us. Called and she said no reservation. It was apparent that she didn't speak Engish. Continued to call, but no answer. Advertised as a hotel, but definitely is a house with a few rooms.
