The doctors, nurses and nurse practitioners are all good. They listen and they address your concerns. However, the office staff that answers the phones to discuss questions about prescriptions and other medications are just horrible. They are condescending. They are cruel. They are short and they don’t listen they actually made me cry. I obviously don’t feel well and somehow throughout this interaction one would think that the person who was answering the phone would be a little bit more sympathetic and work with me maybe just a little bit harder to try to understand what my concern was and how they could help me. Instead, I was met with condescending feedback, with a tone that I really didn’t deserve nor did I expect and they didn’t help me with my problem. They made me feel stupid and we

First and foremost, I absolutely adore Dr. Brody so much so that I followed him from Memorial. He’s been my primary for 5 years. The nursing staff is great, Nicole in prior authorizations is amazing, I’ve not had any conversations with billing or medical records. 4 stars because there are a couple of individuals in the lab that have no personality, their customer service skills are lacking. Not all of the phlebotomists, just maybe 2. The worst part of Savii is the office staff. The ladies at the front desk are fine, if you have conversation with them, they do converse back. There is at least one woman behind the scenes, and I will not call her out by name, that is just not good at her job. She can be snippy, condescending and outright rude. I've been with Savi Health for 30 years..Even before they were Savi health. And I have always had the best care. I appreciate everything they've done to keep me healthy. I told my doctor (Dr Gaskin) that he wasn't allowed to retire before I die. Unfortunately he is a year older than me but at least I knew that one of his group will continue my career. Thank you Savi Health and everyone who works there.

Savii health is where you want to go for your medical needs.The staff is great in the front office and all the techs are very proficient in their skills. I look forward to my appointments . Thank you all for taking such great care of me.

Dr Gaskin and his staff take great care of this old body. They follow up on every exam with data to determine if further data, or scans are needed. Of the Drs and specialists I see Dr Gaskin tracks their reports. In many cases specialists do not follow up but Dr Gaskin does.
