This place is so nasty. Hard to clean a floor with dirty water. Draws had trash still in there.Looked in PT room not impressed at all walkers stacked in almost to the ceiling.That a danger it self.Definitely need new or more equipment. Room need to be organized for sure. Play nice till you leave your love one there.I wouldn't give this place a one star The website pictures or so miss lead 🙄🙄🫤😡

Savannah Post Acute is the best Rehab Facility in the local area. We go above and beyond to ensure our residents are taken care of. We take pride in knowing we chose this profession for a reason...we love our residents, families, and appreciate our hardworking and dedicated staff. Facility is clean with NO odors. Great therapy program. We are the only facility that has a Respiratory program in place, and we are JCAHO Accredited. We are also under NEW management (Elevation Group, LLC). We CARE.

For the past six months my mother has been a resident at Signature Healthcare and I want to take this opportunity to thank all the staff members there for caring for her. We have met kind and caring responses from all we have come in contact with. We are grateful for the attention and care she has received.

My family and I are so grateful for nurses and staff at Signature. My father is a resident at this facility and I am so grateful for the level of care they provide. The facility is clean, staff is polite and attentive and very welcoming. A special thank you to the Cypress Wing nurses for always being available when I call. I recommend Signature Healthcare for any families in need of care for your loved ones. Thanks so much for all you do!

Where do I start?? PLEASE PLEASE if you love your family member DO NOT bring them here. First step in the building you'll smell urine right away. My mom got discharged from the hospital and went to this facility which is the insurance choice. First night was TERRIBLE, Night shift crew doesn't care about their patients. They are very slow to respond it took 1 hr and 45 mins to clean my mom after I called 3 times. And DON'T even ask for hot water because they will get it straight from the bathroom sink.. shame on those who mock the elderly!! You evil will get old one day !!!
