Hands down dr. Northumberland and his pa are the best I dont really see dr. Northumberland too much anymore I usually see Courtney now and I love her she is so sweet and she actually takes her time getting to know you and NO matter how big of a pain in the butt iam she always makes sure im seen and my concerned are always heard and handle with the upmost care! Yall are awesome keep doing great!

As for the doctor and his PA they are very good as for the office stuff and the office manager themselves no they are not good they're actually downright spiteful I have been a patient a doctor in northrops for over 5 years probably closer to time and I liked him so much to the point that I brought my best friend and I brought my son to be his patient but for the last 2 years it has been pure hell and then it finally boils over last week when I'm sitting there in the lobby having an anxiety back to back to back and they don't even let the doctor or his PA know I was there and I had to throw a temper tantrum for them to even know I was there then between me my son and my friend we've all been waiting for over a month for prescriptions that should have been put in but never were then the off

The Physician's Assistant I had was really GREAT! (She left in order to take care of her pre-school age children.) The entire medical staff personnel I had experience were knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. The front office staff cause my rating of 1-star. As of mid-202÷, there are terrible particularly in so far as rectifying billing errors. Just not worth the hassle.

This doctor is outstanding! One of the most knowledgeable! He was able to diagnose a problem I had been experiencing for several years. I had been seen by several other specialists that were unable to give me an exact diagnosis. Now that I'm armed with the proper diagnosis. We are now able to manage my problems. I am able to enjoy life again. Words can't express how greatful I am to him. His staff is just as sweet as can be.

So this doctors office wasted my time twice. Before I even scheduled an appointment I asked if they accepted CareSource they said yes. My appointment was like two weeks later. I waited an hour for them to even call me back. It’s almost like they forgot. Then when they actually let me come back I had a doctor give me a lecture and barely did anything. They scheduled me two appointments back to back earlier this week. Luckily I was someone who lives right across the street so I can walk there. When I get there I’m still waiting forever over 30 minutes just for them to tell me they can’t accept my insurance but still wanted to do a half appointment I said no thanks I’m good. I really feel some kind of way this doctor office wasted my time and front desk is really not even that helpful. I coul
