This place is honestly very frustrating to deal with. First, the office is extremely disorganized. Scheduling, returning calls, and basic communication with patients seem to be a constant problem. It’s difficult to get clear answers or timely responses from the staff, which makes the whole experience feel unprofessional. I originally wanted to see the doctor but couldn’t get an appointment with him. He recommended and mentioned that the injector he trained was very good, so I felt comfortable letting her do my Botox. I assumed that if a board-certified facial plastic surgeon trained her and recommended her, it would be a safe choice. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a big mistake. Dr. Minton and team are amazing. From my initial consultation, I felt confident in choosing Dr. Minton for my lower blepharoplasty and mini brow lift. As this was my first medical procedure, I was quite nervous. I would like to specifically recognize Jason and Sarah for their kindness and reassurance. LOVE coming here! I see Vanessa for my Botox and absolutely adore her. I have also seen Jessica for facials and she has given me the best I’ve ever had. I love how they are always informative with products for my skincare, but not pushy at all. The entire staff is friendly and wonderful and the new office is so luxurious. Highly recommend!
