I would give them 5 stars for their excellent sales people, except that they are killing their own customers at a rate more than 10 a year. Is that any way to run a business? An average of 3 million oxycodone pills per year were distributed by this small pharmacy from 2006 to 2009, serving 24 thousand people. That's twice what the next largest opioid dealer in this area sold. The good news is that this pharmacy only sold around 1 million tablets - about 41 for every person in 2012. That might not seem like too much, but remember this is just one pharmacy in the county, the next best sold an average of 1 million a year. The other thing they seem to be good at is selling to drug dealers, so that they are can spread the death around to non-customers in other states and counties.

Great people who go above and beyond to help you. To the reviews regarding the pharmacy being part of the opioid crisis and leaving reviews when they don’t even live in Kermit WV and live in flipping CA and other places this pharmacy changed owners after that ordeal maybe if you actually lived here you would know that. So it’s completely different people who own and operate this place now!

There opioid dealers!!!! There’s less than 400 people in your town but yet y’all give out enough pills for a town with a couple million more people!!! I wonder how many overdoses are y’all responsible for?
