Sav-on Pharmacy

The worst. They have only one pickup spot and when people don't know what their prescription is or have some kind of problem with their Medicare they block the entire pickup process for everyone else. Right now there are two pharmacists working on one person's prescription because one is doing the prescription and one is waiting for them to put it in the system for pick up. Meanwhile there are 3 people in line waiting and it's been at least 5 minutes. It wouldn't take a whole lot just a little thinking. Maybe go to McDonald's and get some lessons.

Liars. I just drove all the way here because I called them and they said my prescription would be ready today at 2 pm. Now they say it won’t be ready for two more days. Who knows if that’s true. Atrocious customer service.

I've never had any problems here. It's not easy running a small, but popular pharmacy in Los Feliz. Hipsters can be persnickety! I love the convenience of this pharmacy and I feel like they do a good job.

It’s pretty obvious when someone has no desire to be at their job. One of the pharmacists, Susan, is constantly upset and rude to customers. She seems to be training a pharmacist there, who she speaks to rudely and is quite short with. Training someone with that attitude only fosters that same attitude in other people and you hate to see it.

My Family has been using Savon Pharmacy at Albertsons for years. We get all of our prescriptions and vaccinations here. We have found all of their personnel to be professional, caring, and friendly, especially during stressful times such as Covid. We appreciate their hard work and dedication to our Community!!
