Sav-on Pharmacy

This is a wonderful family community pharmacy! They are always responsive if an issue arises with a prescription and delivery service is amazing.

This Sav-on in West Charleston pharmacy is very close to my home, and I’ve always had a great experience here. Even though it can get quite busy at times which is totally understandable the service never disappoints. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I can’t single out just one person because everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind and professional. I truly appreciate the reliable service and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Today on 3/5/24 I waited about 25 minutes in line at the thru. When it was finally my turn, the pharm tech went to get the pharmacist to read the med admin directions. The male Asian pharmacist in black scrubs had a horrible attitude and scolded me for patroning his pharmacy a few minutes past 1330, which is apparantley his lunch time. On one hand, I appreciate that they didnt shut me out after waiting so long in line. However demeaning your customers negates that and more. Anyone else get attitude from the staff here?

Absolutely terrible people at this pharmacy. They are completely incompetent and make no effort to perform their job duties in a professional manner. Pharmaceutical malpractice is rampant and they completely ignore patient needs, as well as their professional responsibilities. It's also likely the staff is actively committing wire fraud in violation of title 18 of the U.S. Code. I would highly recommend using a different pharmacy if possible.

I've been going here for a while for ventolin inhalers. I downloaded the good RX app and I didn't know I was paying double the price of other stores at sav-on. $40 to $25 at Walgreens. Download the app people.
