They often ignore Rx orders from doctors and they NEVER answer the phone or call you back. have run out of life sustaining medications several times and they don’t care a bit! Beware, they are VERY short staffed and worn out!

Two stars because the employees are nice when you can finally talk to one. If you want a pharmacy that answers their phone, this is not the pharmacy for you. Slow and long lines.

This place is a nightmare. Constant new employees, constant problems with my medications and them not having my medications in stock even though they fill them every month! My doctor called in my meds MAY 6TH it’s now MAY 23RD annd still not a word on my meds! I’ve gone in multiple times annd they tell me they don’t know what’s going on never have answers and 2 that are VERY dangerous I go without not to mention it causes major withdrawals and they do not care at all!!! I have also received several text messages that my meds were ready went in to pick up and they are not ready and haven’t even been filled yet. Always 4-6 people working and yet no one answers phones and always only one person helping customers. All the staff sees the insane line of customers waiting and no one ever bothers

Horrible customer service. First off they don't ever answer the phone and the voicemail box is full, second, they don't ever call you to tell you when your prescription is filled.

This pharmacy needs help. They rarely answer the phone. My Doctor called in a prescription at 11:45, and I receive a text at 3:20 that it is ready for pickup. When I arrived there was a long line of people waiting to pick up their prescriptions. There was only one woman serving the waiting customers, even though I counted six employees behind the counter. Took me 25 minutes waiting in line to get my prescriptions. For goodness sakes. When you see a long line of people waiting, free up another employee to help get people their prescriptions. How hard is that.
