My experience was always pleasant and awesome. I love Dr Mark Ritter and I love the staff. They were my kids pediatrician from the day that they were born. They're all grown up and have kids of their own and they take care of our grandchildren now. They are caring and they love the children and will listen to any concerns that you might have. They are a blessing. 🩷
The staff is kind, understanding, flexible, and knowledgeable. For every question I've had, they've had a well thought out answer that was easy to understand and you leave feeling confident that your concerns were addressed.
Can't comment on their actual service. I called 3 times over a span of 3 weeks trying to get my 10 year old son in. 3 times I was told " I'll leave a message for the office manager ". Three times my call was left unanswered.
Answers all your questions and concerns. Very personable. The staff is friendly and helpful.
