I had a great experience at my ortho appointment with PA-C Nicole Munshower. She had a wonderful bedside manner—very friendly, caring, and clearly well-versed in what she was doing. I felt comfortable and confident in her care. The only small suggestion I have is that the patient room could use a few hooks on the doors for hanging clothes or personal items. Otherwise, everything was excellent. I’d definitely go back and recommend Nicole to others!

Dr. Prom has been outstanding. I have dealt with plantar fasciitis for years and even had major surgery with little/to no benefit. His knowledge, techniques and treatment have gotten me in a better place in 6 weeks than anything else I have ever done. He is kind, patient and will listen. I am forever grateful for finding him and receiving his care.

I was 5 minutes late for my appointment because I had difficulty locating the facility. When I arrived I was pleasantly received by the receptionist. After checking in I took my seat and attempted to get comfortable while waiting for my appointment. I was directed to another room and Dr Prom came in right away. I was absolutely amazed at the timeline in which everything was happening, the first in my entire life. The Doctor listen to my concerns and suggested a plan of action. I have another appointment in 2 weeks, I would recommend this practice to everyone looking for this type of service. The office was very clean and comfortable.

Dr. Prom is an AMAZING doctor. He is patient, kind and actually LISTENS !!!! He talked me through step by step of my procedures and future treatment options. After 3 years and 10 doctors later, I am actually starting to feel some bit of relief. I wish he could be my PCP too!

I have been seeing multiple doctors dealing with my back issues for years. This is the first time in a long time that I feel like I’m on the right track to getting better. Dr Prom is great at what he does and takes his time. Staff was amazing as well. Great experience!
