I called in for an appointment a week ago. I then confirmed on the day of if I’m good for the appointment. They said yes. When I get there they say that I’m not in the system. I called the number again shown on my health insurance. They don’t pick up. The lady at the reception seemed nervous. I didn’t do anything but they pulled a huge lady into the front like she’s security and asked what’s happening. I tell her my situation and she tells me the same thing the reception said which is i need an appointment. I call the number again. Someone finally answers. She asks me the same thing and I tell her the same thing. She said maybe I got the wrong address. She said she’s from East LA and I’m on Alvarado.
