Always friendly staff at Sather. And I can't say enough about my hygienist Jo. She is so gentle when cleaning your teeth. I've never enjoyed going to the dentist but Jo makes it a much better experience.

After a few bad experiences at other dentist's, I was very happy I tried Sather's. Having root canals always brought me anxiety. Sounds crazy, however best root canal ever! Plus, did impression, and received crown within 2 hours. Thank you

The dental care itself was fine, but I was very disappointed in how payment was handled. I was surprised at the end of my appointment with a $500 charge that had to be paid immediately, despite being told previously that my portion would be much lower. Being put in that position without advance notice was overwhelming and stressful. I believe patients deserve clear communication about costs before treatment, especially when insurance is involved.

Not a fan of Dr. R. 2 Family members were told not to bother coming back if they don't do better oral care and another 2 kept getting "temporary " fillings until they can get a crown. Still waiting on the crown. Yesterday my husband called with an abcess that was causing pain behind the eyes, pus coming out his nose and of course, tooth pain. Dr. R told him to use tooth pain gel. SMH. 12 hours later, he is in the ER.

Very friendly, personable, and proficient. I feel comfortable when I’m there and every visit has been great!
