We brought our 7-year-old unspayed female dog in for abnormal vaginal bleeding, foul-smelling discharge, and decreased appetite. I specifically expressed concern that it could be open pyometra. We understand emergency clinics must prioritize the most critical cases. However, after being told there would be approximately a two-hour wait, I became increasingly concerned as I watched her condition decline in the lobby. When she began shaking, I returned to the desk and asked that the nurse be informed, explaining that I had no way to check her temperature but knew this was a concerning change. I was told there was no one available to assist us and was handed a card for another emergency clinic. At no point during our visit were basic vitals taken. If I can give them more stars, I totally would. My cat came in having seizures, and Dr. Rowe and assistant Bella were so amazing and so helpful and extremely loving to my baby. They gave me as much as they could for the money that I had and made sure my baby was comfortable And had the right medicines for him to take home.This is not the first time I’ve been here. I have been here before with a few of my cats. And They’er amazing every time. I completely recommend coming here. I wish they could be my full-time vet. They don’t look at the money They look at how they can help our furry family members … Thank you so much Doctor Rowe and assistant Bella, for being such amazing caretakers!

This God forsaken vets office that handled Roxy's (Rednose pitbull) cremation lost her hair/fur before they cremated her after I specifically told them and three seperate staff members knew I wanted that. I had a memorial idea in mind for her fur that they shaved and they screwed that up. She's ashes now, can't be undone. Can't even tell the vet tech who put her down because they didn't even initial the paperwork. I'm irate and beyond destroyed. I got this fur baby 1 year after I got out of the Navy, I saved her from Parvo when she was 6 months old. I took care of her until past her 14th birthday all for these hacks to completely botch something that can never be undone!!!! I will hate this place until I'm long dead and buried!!! Don't trust them with your dog or that final moment that you

19 days ago I brought my recently turned 4 year old cat here because he wasn’t feeling well, decreased appetite and not acting himself. We were referred here by our vet because they could not see him during working hours for another two days. After a X-ray and ultrasound, Dr. Lopez came in to tell him me he had stomach cancer and that I could take him to UF Veterinary and spend $10,000 to attempt to treat him or would need to put him down within a few days. I left hysterical to say the least. Spent the next 10 days trying to make him comfortable and feed him anything he would take. Mostly liquid cat treats. Today, he is being his same self. I am not dismissing the diagnosis and will need to see a specialist for more testing for a solid diagnosis, BUT I am glad I did not take the advice

On December 19, 2025, my 7 yr old Black Lab got into a bag of dark chocolates. Ate the whole bag! They got him in within the hour and got him to expel all of it. After an IV and meds to stop him from throwing up anymore, we were able to take him home. Friendly, professional and very reasonably priced!
