Dr. Avakian is an amazing physician. He's been my mom's doctor for YEARS and has never let us down. He does have long wait times for appointments, but it's because he has so many patients and efficiently tends to each of them. His office staff is super friendly as well and will always pass messages along to him and follow up. I'm extremely appreciative of Dr. Avakian and his staff for taking care of my mom all these years!

My mom has been very appreciative of Dr Avakian’s care as her primary care doctor. She recently went through a major cancer treatment and it was Dr. Avakian's care and attentiveness that saved us going through hard times. Fortunately we were able to find out very early on and Dr Avakian referred us to specialists and got all of the labs scheduled for us beforehand to not waste any sensitive time. His office staff took care of all of the authorizations and speedy scheduling of all of the tests and referrals. Glad to have a family doctor as passionate about his patients as Dr. Avakian. Dr Saro Avakian is an exceptional and professional family care doctor we highly recommend.

My review is not about the doctor. It’s about the staff. Ladies in the front desk are absolutely unprofessional, rude and have no regards for patient and their medical condition. Older lady with dark hair and she’s somewhat tall I’ve never seen somebody that rude that works in medical field she looks like she is in charge. She refused to care or listen or help to make sure my father’s life is not in risk. Stopping a patient blood pressure is extremely Unacceptable. My mother and father both were patients of doctor saro my father had some problem with his insurance that was not aware of and then while we were on the process of getting everything on track the staff stoped sending his blood pressure prescription To our pharmacy because they wanted him to come for visit and pay $350 for visi

I have been Dr Avakian's patient for more than 6 years. He is not only an outstanding doctor but also an amazing human being. His staff, Verjine and Ani, are very nice and professional. They have been always providing me with the good customer service. Dr Avakian is very caring and knowledgeable. Great doctor, nice staff, and A+ service. Thank you, Dr Avakian!!

I’m so lucky to have Dr. Avakian as my primary care physician. From my personal experience over years with him, I can say he truly listens to his patients, is thorough with his explanations, and makes you feel very welcome. He is a doctor you can trust and I wholeheartedly recommend him if you are searching for one. As for his staff, they are extremely responsive and professional. Whether it is requesting lab work, specialist referrals, or any other paperwork, they are always on top of it and keep me in the loop. I very much appreciate their work, especially knowing they are extra busy due to the pandemic.
