We had a unique situation with our dog, and Dr. Pam Reppert went out of her way to address our dog's eye trauma issue. Thanx to her caring and accurate diagnosis, Boomer's eye injury cleared up in under 48 hrs. Nice to deal with a veteran veterinarian who has experience and compassion for treating her Client's animals.

Sadly, we had a very bad experience at Saratoga Springs Veterinary Hospital. We move often, and always bring our 2 cats in for check-up/wellness visits with a new vet. We asked for nail trims for both cats. Our first cat was extremely scared/anxious around the vet and assistant- this seemed to stem from them roughly putting him on his side and covering his face with a towel out of the blue. They didn't really handle his reaction well- they gruffly put a leash around his neck and at one point he was dangling in the air while they held him by the leash around his neck. I was horrified, and he was actually throwing up when we got home. We brought him back and they said he was fine and just freaking out. We'd never had a problem with any vet before- I'd never seen anything like that.We took bo

Dr. Reppert and her staff have been outstanding with our puppy, who is now over a year old. This office is friendly, courteous, and clearly loves their patients. Highly recommended.

I am sad to see the veterinary hospital for sale. Everyone there was so kind and good to Maggie when she was sick. Sadly, she's crossed the Rainbow Bridge but I want to shout out "Thank you for all of your efforts and kindness".

Were very caring about my dog Rocket Man...who was quite ill. The staff was very nice. Rates were a little on the higher side but that being said Im new to the area and this is New York. But all in all i was very happy with them.
