Saratoga Family Practice

No complaints here. I moved back to the area in February, and they made the transition very easy for me, in terms of my health. Dr. Thomas is very knowledgeable and helpful and brings a certain kind of positive energy to my appointments that you don't frequently find. Happy I chose Saratoga Family Practice when I moved back.

I and my family have been with Saratoga family prat for years going back to Dr Farrell. Although thru the years the Practice has changed, mainly because St Peters taking it over after Dr Farrell retired. The quality of care remains high and respectful to our needs. I can't say enough good things about the Ladies at the front desk. Sure sometimes the wait is longer than we would like but the trade off is quality service. Thanks to Saratoga Family practice for keep us in good health during our senior years.

I wish my doctor had better staffing (I adore majority of them). Today I had a physical scheduled, so I thought. I miss my first shift to be there and find out the appointment doesn't exist. I scheduled on the my portal app and APPARENTLY it can't tell the different between a check up and a physical, though I clicked the option that says 'PHYSICAL' in bold lettering.. Sr staff explained she left a vm (didn't get it cause one wasn't left), also said she sent a message through the my portal app that clearly has bugs, again, message clearly not received due to me showing up. Work physical scheduled, missed a shift for it, and they offered another appointment same day.... during my second shift. Thanks guys. Good looking out. FIX THE PORTAL OR GET RID OF IT! The front desk is incredibly uncaring. We had a health issue and saw Tammy, the PA. After the appt, issue worsened and we called to see if we would get an antibiotic or opinion on blood test results. The front desk receptionist said “just because your test result is abnormal doesn’t mean it’s critical”. Who the heck says something like that to a sick person? I doubt she even told the PA we called. We will not be back here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. Ethier is truly the best and most caring doctor in the area. Her dedication to her patients and her thorough approach to healthcare are unmatched. She goes above and beyond to ensure that she gets to the root of any problem rather than just masking symptoms. Her compassionate and attentive care have made a significant difference in my health and well-being. I highly recommend Dr. Ethier to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, thorough, and caring healthcare provider.
