I take pain medication on twice a day. I was at a doctor's appointment on the December 18th with my physician requested a refill never got done the request was 2 weeks early because I know they have difficulty getting the refill request to the pharmacies so when it was time to pick up the refill it wasn't there. After multiple phone calls they sure me that it was done electronically and it just had to be signed off was never done so now I have to go without pain medicine for minimal of 2 to 5 days because they're busy enjoying their holiday

If there was a rating for 0 stars, I would use it. UPDATE: I will have to go the entire weekend without my prescription. They never sent it even after I left work midday and drove to the office and met with a nurse and asked to send it. They assured me that they would, and STILL didn’t do it. I liked the Doctor, Dr. Ovacik, but the back office staff is AWFUL! They don’t respond to prescription refill requests. They have no idea how to code insurance claims. They don’t answer their phones. You have to drive there and speak to them in person to get anyone to do anything. And the Office administrator, Angela, allows all of this to occur. She doesn’t respond to anything either. Don’t come here for anything, EVER!

Recently called to make an emergency appointment and was met with nothing but rudeness by the receptionist which i asked to speak to supervisor and was told by the female receptionist that the supervisor i asked to speak to was on vacation and only then did i receive cordial conversation and recieve the help needed. I will NEVER go here for my dentist again because this is not the first time I've been met with unwarranted disrespect by the same person as today as I dont get anywhere with conversation unless my girlfriend calls for me leading me to believe that a prejudice is held against me due to my gender.

Unfortunately, my experience with the nursing staff, particularly with a nurse named Katelyn, was far from acceptable. Katelyn came across as unprofessional and inexperienced. Her demeanor was dismissive and at times outright rude, which made an already stressful situation even more difficult. I did not feel safe or cared for under her supervision, and this lack of compassion and competence is deeply troubling in a healthcare setting. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable returning to this facility or recommending it to others. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the quality of care and professionalism among the nursing staff.
