I had a great experience with them! - Making an appointment on the phone.-- I had many questions and they were very patient and very kind. --- I called 8 different places... the contrast between how they treated me and the other offices I called definitely showed me how nice and helpful they were! - Visit.-- I was pretty scared... I am afraid of needles... but the person who did my blood-work helped me calm down. She was very patient with me and took the time necessary for me to be fully ready. - The office. -- very clean and nice office! Everybody there was nice. Great vibe! I am beyond thankful for them!! :)

I had an incredible experience with my USCIS medical exam. From the start, the staff was extremely professional, patient, and helpful — especially as we were trying to get organized with our documents. Their communication leading up to the appointment was excellent, and they made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. They were incredibly kind and comforting with my toddler, which I deeply appreciated. The nurse who drew our blood did it so smoothly and gently — it only took one try, and I didn’t feel a thing. Truly the hands of an angel! My 2 year old son didn’t even flinch. I highly recommend bringing an iPad + headphones and distracting them so they can’t see what’s happening On top of all that, their pricing is very fair, especially compared to some of the outrageous fees
