Sarah Zambotti, OD

Once my severe dry eyes started a year ago I was totally lost. I didn’t know anything about the different eye doctors or the treatments. Knowing what I know now, Zambotti was totally useless to me. She doesn’t actually know how to treat the root cause of dry eyes. I’ve wasted so much time with her but at least I’ve learned my lesson.

Dr Sarah is one of the best eye doctor's I've ever had. Her bedside manner is fantastic and she takes the time to explain what's going on and thoroughly answered all of my questions. She also corrected my prescription for both my contacts and glasses that my last doc messed up. Highly recommend!

Overall, patient visit went ok. Office staff was kind and efficient. The doctor seemed thorough. But the condescending tone of repeating “I don’t see anything (with emphasis) “physically” wrong was judgmental and dismissive. It also makes me question the ability to discern a true medical issue without a bias. Months later, I went to another doctor and learned that it was a reaction to the make up that I was using. (It contained glitter, and was causing the pain.)

Just had an eye exam with Dr. Zambotti and staff. Overall a very pleasant experience. I was a bit nervous as I hadn't had an exam for 4 years. Also I have Type 2 diabetes. They made me feel right at ease with their professionalism. Suprised me with a new Glocuma testing device that works very well for myself. (BTW The rating by Michele Moon seems to be way off base and false.)

I was misdiagnosed and went almost blind in my left eye. Went to a very knowledgeable expert in the field and he brought my sight back and got my eye healthy again.
