Today The front desk was extremely rude to customer, so they called last week for my parents for annual check up Saying :will not give appointment if not seeing the doctor. Just walk in for the check up . First come first serve”and that’s ok . Then my parents go in today and that one Karen whom work in the Front desk ask my parents for the For the appointment, And my dad said they don’t have appointment so they called me. I call back the office telling the front desk what happen And Karen be like :OK ,you don’t have to call in and Confirmed and make sure. “ I mean :damn my Mandari isn’t not that good so I use one or two English, she was So offended Like: we are Chinese can you speak Chinese? I’m like :you work in the doctors office you don’t speak or understand English? I don’t underst

The doctor is very understanding and sweet. Takes her time to understand the patient and is very friendly. The clinic doesn't bombards you with unnecessary tests and that's the best part of it. Waiting time i agree is a lot usually but her patient dealing explains that.

If I could give zero star,I would. The manager here is so rude and savage. She is ignorant but she has that audacity. Don’t come here cuz this place doesn’t know how to respect people.
