She was very kind and thorough she recommended the next steps if my MRI were to come back clean. I was in a lot of pain and she took the time to talk through everything. As far as the office and staff, check in was easy and as soon as I seated myself they called my name, esp given it was an afternoon appointment, I expected a wait. It wasn’t even a second. The nurse checking me in was very sweet as well.
