On top of not returning 2 phone calls to her 3 weeks before my mom's appointment; we arrive today to my mom being told " we left you a detailed message yesterday, we no longer accept your insurance". They know to call me as my mom has dementia, releases signed, and you don't tell someone the day before a specialty appointment that was made 2 months ago that you no longer accept the insurance!! No referrals or help of any kind. Crappy patient care.

Dr. Coleman is a very thorough doctor. I’ve been going to her for a few years now. She’s a very good listener and takes what you say seriously. I never feel rushed and she makes good, collaborative decisions. Office is also very efficient and friendly.

Dr Coleman simply doesn’t care about her patients. That’s been our experience. She won’t return calls - she offers no help. She just has staff call to say NO - No help. I don’t know why people like her go into medicine in the first place.

Misdiagnosed patients and over medicated patients on steroids. They also break hippa violations. I have received a call with someone else information. I have reported them for the HIPAA violation. Killed my father for over medicated on steroids. Would not recommend this practice or Dr. Coleman to anyone

Terrible doctor with a nasty attitude. Made me feel as if I had to prove my illness to her. I waited months for this appointment and walked out with absolutely nothing to show for it. Would give zero stars if I could.
