Sarah Ching

My mom has dementia. Her former Dr. retired, this was our first time meeting her new primary care Dr. Sarah Hau-On Ching. She was so kind and patient. Dr. entered the room wearing a bright yellow skirt with a smile to match! She took time to really listen to us and go over my mom's chart. She did not rush us and treat us like cattle. She addressed my mom with respect and dignity while talking to me about my mom's medical history. Anyone would be lucky to have Dr. Ching taking care of them. My office visit with Dr. Hau-On Ching was a horrible experience. She had absolutely no bedside manner. She was rude from the minute she entered the room. Her inappropriate tone, lack of patient care and interruptions made me extremely uncomfortable. She was beyond unprofessional. Do not go to this doctor if you want to be heard and treated with respect. Completely incompetent.

My family member had a recent appt with Dr Ching. Dr Ching treated her very disrespectfully. My family member will not return.
