Sara is fantastic! I suffered from knee pain for over a year-and-a-half that I sometimes felt when just walking up stairs or riding my bike. Lunges were completely out of the question. As I spent months searching for answers, I wondered if I'd have to continue to curtail my activities and live with the pain for the rest of my life. After a neighbor highly recommended Sara, I contacted her and was able to see her within days. Based on that initial visit, Sara felt as though she knew what was causing the pain in my knee. Subsequently, she worked on my leg and my knee felt better than it had in months. I had to follow up with an exercise program to sustain the improvement, but that was easy because I knew that I was working with someone who had identified the problem. Now, a few months

After many years of unsuccessful rounds of therapy with other well-meaning PTs, I found the wonderful Sara Squires. Sara is the most knowledgeable physical therapist with whom I have worked. Her professional, calming demeanor puts you at ease immediately. You know that you are literally in good hands. The relaxed, peaceful ambiance of her lovely new space adds the perfect touch and makes PT feel more like a day at the spa!

Sara is a highly skilled PT with years of experience. She spends a whole hour with each patient and goes right to the source of every problem. She's strong and not afraid to dig in when manipulating one of my many overly tight muscles and/or joints, but definitely knows when and where to lighten her touch - she is sensitive to my every need. I recommend her without hesitation.
