Outstanding rehabilitation center! Mom recovered from knee replacement surgery here and the therapy program was excellent. The therapists were knowledgeable, supportive, and really focused on her goals. Nursing care was attentive - they managed her pain well and were always quick to respond. The facility is modern, clean, and well-equipped. What stood out most was how they treated her as a whole person, not just a patient. They learned about her interests, included her in decisions, and celebrated her progress. She's home now and doing wonderfully thanks to Sapphire!

After visiting multiple facilities, we chose Sapphire Rehabilitation and Care Center for Mom's long-term care and it was the best decision. The environment is warm and welcoming, staff turnover seems low (we see the same caring faces), and they communicate proactively about any changes in her condition. Mom participates in music therapy and art classes, which has improved her mood tremendously. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The staff-to-resident ratio is excellent, the CNAs are patient and kind, and the nursing team is skilled and responsive. Grandma's room is spacious and well-maintained, meals look appetizing, and they accommodate her dietary needs perfectly. The director personally checked in with our family during the first week. You can tell this facility prioritizes quality care over just filling beds. So grateful we found Sapphire!

The memory care program is thoughtfully designed, staff is trained specifically for dementia care, and they handle challenging behaviors with patience and expertise. The activities coordinator creates meaningful engagement opportunities, and the nurses keep me informed about every little thing. The building is secure but doesn't feel restrictive. Seeing him smile and participate in activities brings me so much comfort. This team understands how to care for the whole person. Forever grateful!

Dad was admitted to Sapphire for rehab after hip surgery and the progress he's made has been incredible! The physical therapy team is top-notch - professional, encouraging, and they really push him in the best way. The nurses are attentive and caring, always making sure he's comfortable. What impressed me most was how clean everything is and how well-organized the staff seems. They have a great activity calendar too, which keeps him social and engaged.
