One of the most accommodating medical offices I have ever visited. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth, kindness, and true professionalism. The front desk staff is always friendly and efficient, making scheduling and check-in effortless. The nurses and medical assistants are attentive, patient, and genuinely caring they take the time to listen and make you feel completely comfortable. You can tell that everyone there truly cares about your well being and safety. Dr. Yohanna Deno is, in my opinion, one of the best physicians you could ever hope to have. I have been her patient for over 10 years, and her level of compassion, knowledge, and dedication is unmatched. She takes her time, thoroughly explains everything, and makes sure all of your concerns are addressed. You

This is the worst family practice I have EVER SEEN!! They do not put in refills and they are the worst at sending referrals! I actually had to physically go there to pick up the referral and take it to the specialist myself!!!! The patient has to do the work for the front desk staff because they sit around all day doing nothing! They are very rude and it's very hard to understand them as they don't speak English very well. This is a very dangerous place to go because when someone has a very serious health issue but referrals and medication refills don't get sent it can cause more serious health issues. If you want someone who truly cares and is proactive when it comes to your health DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

It's so sad that these centers play with people’s lives. Port St. Lucie center: easily doesn't open the door after lunch (for nearly 10 minutes), answer phone calls, or send referral letters to specialists. The front desk staff do not respond kindly, and they are mostly bothered and impatient. I haven't received my refill of insulin for 3 days yet just because my endocrinologist and I, both cannot get a contact with the center they easily Dont respond

No follow through. Ordered the wrong testing. They ask me to call quest to fix their mistake. Terrible English. They don't answer their phones. Save yourself the headache especially if you are sick. No help.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with front desk. Unprofessional staff. When I called them they set me up for an appointment. And when I got there staff called someone in front of me, started saying my name, and speaking in a different language and laughing then when hung up, cleared their throat and try to be serious to tell me my insurance had not been changed to them as my primary so I couldn’t make it for the appointment. After dealing with my insurance on the phone and telling me that I was covered for the visit, they still didn’t even press update on the computer and told me I wasn’t. Honestly, seemed very racially profiled and disrespected by the staff.
