Santoso-Pham Julia

I thought Dr. Santoso Pham was very knowledgeable and caring but when I had a skin irritation/inflammation for many weeks, she did a little scrape to test it and see what it was and then said it was dry skin. She told me repeatedly to use the moisturizer she sells at her office. It's expensive and it's not something you can google and find any trace of anywhere so I can only assume it's her product. My fingers were raw and cracked and painful and the moisturizer did nothing. After many weeks of getting no relief, I went to another dermatologist. She prescribed a steroid cream to calm the irritation and did a larger biopsy and after testing she told me it's eczema. The steroid calmed and healed the inflammation and she prescribed a prescription (not a steroid) to use on an ongoing basis.

I am a business professional and I schedule meetings with others all day. I understand the importance of other people’s time. Dr. Santos Pham was almost 50 minutes late for a 9am appointment. Plan to stay awhile, bring a book.

Dr Santoso-Pham is thorough and takes action to make sure pre-cancerous areas are identified and treated. I am fortunate to have found a doctor who truly cares about her patients. She has a great bedside manner as well. Highly recommend Dr Santoso-Pham!

I was in the office for a total of one hour and 40 minutes. I waited 80 minutes just to be called. While she’s very thorough the wait is ridiculous.
