Santa Rosa Pharmacy

This is a great pharmacy. They've been open less than a year but the pharmacists and staff are experienced and I think they worked at his location in its previous incarnation. The staff are great people who work incredibly hard and keep a good attitude no matter how busy it gets. It gets busy - every pharmacy in Santa Rosa seems super busy. But this one goes the extra mile (literally; they deliver). It's not a chain! This is important to me. Note: for deliveries you will need to call a day or two before. They take Sundays off, they are still improving their IT systems so no web-based ordering as of 12/25.

Friendly staff and atmosphere. I am much happier doing business here rather than the chain pharmacy I was at where the employees were clearly over worked and burned out. I am also happy to support the local economy rather than the shareholders of a big corp. The customer service here is great! No complaints! Update: Vaccines / immunizations are offered here for flu, covid, etc. Service was quick and painless.

I was delighted to see a new and independent pharmacy opening that would provide better choices for the consumer. The first couple of months were very positive and I wrote a review stating so. And then everything started taking a nose dive. The promise to match or do better than online pharmacies is a fallacy. One prescription was three times as much as one of the big box online pharmacies, and a second self-pay scrip comes with a staggering mark-up. I've been told that they will deliver for free. Even though my order was completed by 12:43 (having started the call at 12:04 p.m.), I requested late afternoon/mid-evening delivery. I am very pleased with Santa Rosa Pharmacy. Kayla was so helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. She followed through with my prescription notifying me of what is ready to pick up and what needed to be ordered. I appreciate it, Her excellent customer service and kindness. I would like to add my appreciation for the thoroughness, thoughtfulness and kindness of Jeff. I have been sick and he has been a godsend! Valentine and Gabrielle were also very helpful and nice. Everyone whom works here is fantastic!

I switched over here due to all rite aid’s closing and I was so happy it is a local store family owned and not big chain.. I had an amazing experience the staff are amazing and friendly I was having a good experience.. but now for the last 2 months one of my medicine is never In stock. And then now one of my second medicine is on back order?? And it’s so frustrating because going to a different pharmacy just for a one time thing is impossible now a days especially with this medication and they want you to switch all your meds to them or they won’t help! So I’m stuck I have no idea what to do. This has made my health issues worse because I constantly have anxiety around fill time because I’m petty sure it will be out of stock!!
