Dr. Beene and her office staff are absolutely amazing! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I have two children with hearing loss and I couldn't be happier that Dr. Beene has opened her clinic and takes in pediatric patients. Dr. Beene's office is well equipped to handle pediatric audiology patients. The hearing booth has everything needed to conduct pediatric audiology assessments and she has an amazing personality when working with children. Santa Rosa Hearing, Dr. Beene and her team are a tremendous asset to the area and I would recommend her to anyone for their audiology needs, especially those in need of pediatric audiology services.

Dr. Victoria Beene at Santa Rosa Hearing was incredibly helpful and professional. She quickly repaired my hearing aid by replacing the wire and was kind enough to accommodate me on short notice as I was passing through from Humboldt. Unlike another provider listed on Oticon’s website who refused to schedule an appointment unless I was an established patient, Dr. Beene went out of her way to assist me. I’m very grateful for her excellent service.

Highly recommend!!! Dr. Beene and her staff are wonderful. I dropped in to ask if they could do ear molds for custom ear plugs and they said yes. They were able to schedule an appointment right away. During the process Dr. Beene was very personable and knowledgeable. I felt that I was well taken care of. She offered advice and recommendations without being pushy. The office was extremely kind when I had to wait for necessary insurance papers before I could proceed with my purchase. Within a short amount of time my custom ear plugs were available for pickup. Dr. Beene taught me how to use them and ensured that they fit properly. In an age where patients feel rushed and unheard, I felt she was particularly attentive. She is a gem! I had my first ever hearing evaluation with Dr. Victoria Beene. She was very informative and explained every step of the test and made me feel comfortable.
