I have been experiencing dental issues for awhile now. After doing some research I came across Dr Rice. I called to make an appointment and felt very reassured after talking to his staff. I met with Dr Rice and for the first time I feel confident that my dental care is going in the right direction. My first procedure is next week. This is going to be a journey and I genuinely feel as if I have choosing Dr Rice and his team was the correct decision. It's always a pleasure to have my teeth cared for at Santa Rosa dental. The staff is very pleasant and nice. I'm always advised on how I can maintain my dental hygiene in a pleasant professional way. The office is extremely clean and cared for. I hope that Dr. Michael Rice and the dental hygentice Casey never retire. I can't imagine someone feeling their shoes. Compassion. Understanding. Patience. Care. Commitment. Professionalism Doctor Rice and his staff treated me with the utmost respect and made feel at ease as they explained my options for dental care. They answered all of my questions regarding choices available for restoring my ability to smile with confidence and not be embarrassed to open my mouth in public. I was given financial choices about choosing full or partial work done. I was very reassured that the procedure would be relatively painless and I am thrilled to have him as my dentist. I never thought I would look forward to going to a dentist. I know I’m in good hands and so grateful that I didn’t go somewhere else.

Dr Rice is thorough and professional! His Dental Hygienists are compassionate and kind. The office staff are responsive and show the patient’s well-being comes first.
