I took my son here this morning, and it was a total waste of time due to the doctor's lack of professionalism. After his teeth were cleaned, we were told Doctor Kim would come for the final check. We waited for more than 20 minutes. I even went to the front desk to ask, and they just gave me a canned excuse that she was busy. The most frustrating part? I could see and hear the doctor the whole time—she wasn't with a patient; she was standing in the next area having a long, casual chat with a friend/colleague. When she finally walked in and I told her we had been waiting for 20 minutes, her response was a dismissive "I didn't know that you were waiting “ As a doctor, it is your responsibility to check your system and be aware of your patients. Santa Monica Dentistry for Children is really outstanding.Adorable cartoon artwork & crafts throughout the office. The hygienist (who’s name is escaping me!!) was warm and inviting and really went out of her way to make my 4yr old son feel comfortable throughout the whole exam. Dr. Kim was great as well and gave me a good summary of his status and clear instruction on what to focus on until the next appt.My son was happy he got to pick a toy out at the end of his appointment. :^)

Great experience for my toddler’s first dentist appt! In and out in 45 min, Bluey on the ceiling tv, no tears, and got to pick out a toy at the end.

This clinic is amazing! We had an urgent case of a canker sore, and the front desk kindly scheduled a same-day appointment for us since we were traveling from another state. The doctor was incredibly kind and gentle while treating our 3-year-old, and she provided so many helpful tips on how to care for the canker sore. We had a truly wonderful experience and felt so relieved after the visit. Thank you all so much—you really saved our day!

We had a great experience with Dr. Schwartz. Very gentle and kid-friendly. Our kids, now 7 and 3, have been going here since they were little, and they love going to the dentist 😂
