A smile goes a long way and these three were very personable. I communicated some concerns and these three in particular made me feel valued and heard. Unfortunately, I did not plan accordingly and I have to go back, but I do so knowing I’m in good hands. When I got my braces put in for the first time, Dr. Cha did a good job, and the staff where friendly. But the next time I went to get my braces tightened, I got a very unpleasant experience. A worker without her name tag asked me to sit down and so i did. She got irritated in the middle of the process for some reason and started yelling at me. She then made my gums bleed and screamed “oh great, your gums are bleeding!” She was very rude about the situation and never apologized. I hope this improves. All I remember is that she had black hair. Update: I went again and I got a very good orthodontist. It only took 10 minutes to get my braces tightened and I barely felt a thing the next day.

Taken care of most of my friends and family and have had nothing but good experiences. Extremely professional and and gentle. They have always been so good about getting us in during times of need and always took great care of my family. Highly recommend for anything you need.

Nice staff and kind people in that office. Quaint and always seem to see people we know. Must be on the same page and have same opinion. Been late several times but always seem to squeeze us in. Kathryn is the office manager and wouldn't be the same without her. She has the best memory and is always kind and considerate.

Almost a year without my braces and I am still amazed on how my smile turned out! I was with Dr. Cha for about two years and I loved my experience with him and his staff. I honestly never waited more then five minutes to get seated and as most people sometimes dislike going to their ortho appointments I was absolutely excited every time due to how my smile was coming along! Big thank you to Dr Cha and his staff! 😌
