Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

Sans Souci is a very good place for rehab. The staff take care of everyone and they are so caring to everyone. The gym is wonderfully designed and the therapists are top notch. The programs have results. I have seen those results with my own eyes. The people communicate to each other in a friendly and happy manner. The second floor dining room is a fun and happening place.

As with any place you go there will be issues. However, Desmond, who is the social worker, did everything he could to correct any issues. He even spoke to me on his days off. Yosef, is the concierge and is amazing, patient and kind. My daughter was visiting my mother and when she left, found her car was stuck in the snow. Yosef went back outside in the night to help dig and push her car out. I was extremely touched by his kindness. My mother did occupational, speech and physical therapy which she loved with Melvin, Isabella and Christina and for activities, Omar. Overall, she loved her team and I hope they loved her. What I will say is, if you need something addressed, speak up! They can't fix what they don't know and sometimes, it is what it is and you have to adjust but don't blame them.

Even though my mother was only at San Souci Rehabilitation for a short time, I’m truly thankful for the care she received. The staff were so kind, friendly, and attentive, and it meant a lot to see how quickly they responded to her needs. Communication was clear and thoughtful, which gave our family real peace of mind during a stressful time. The facility was bright, clean, and welcoming, and everyone treated my mother with respect and compassion. I’m very grateful to the team at San Souci for their care and support.

The service is very good. The staff is delightful and very caring. You will enjoy your time here. Especially the physical therapy. They have the best physical therapy here. Vincent and Kaciya especially. The concierge is fantastic. I am an amputee and Todd and Dennis made me comfortable and helped me figure it out.

My father stayed here and I feel little compassion from most of staff. He ended up going back to the hospital from there because of a bacterial infection. The welcoming team was pleasant though. And the doctor on staff was nice.
