I had an ultrasound done here. The procedure itself was fine, but I was disappointed with several parts of my experience. During the visit, one of the technicians made comments that made me feel somewhat invalidated because of my age while I was getting the procedure done. Health concerns can happen at any age, so that interaction made me uncomfortable. I was also very disappointed with the follow-up. My ultrasound showed a complex cyst in my left breast, yet no one from the office contacted me to discuss the results. I had to reach out myself two weeks later to find out. Being told there is a finding like that can be stressful, and timely communication with patients is very important. Patients shouldn’t have to chase down their own results. Carolina in the lab was the best lab tech I’ve ever experienced with. She was extremely gentle and had absolutely no pain with taking my bloodwork. This tech needs a massive raise. The pharmacy hours are not customer/client friendly. They should be open till 7pm or at least 6 pm for working class patients to pick up medications after work but they close a 4pm. they don't cooperate at all, very rude and unprofessional. Yesterday over phone they told me the pharmacy is open till 7 pm you can go pick up your medication but when i went there, they said pharmacy is close at 4 pm !! ridiculous!! The pharmacy is for patients, not for those who work there, it should be customer centric. I am not getting my medication for their poor support. Please fire them if they don't want to work for the clients. Today I called again to lake worth office but they are very rudely rejected me and don't wanted to wait for me to pick up the medication at 5:15 pm even after my work. This is s

Excellent care from the physician and staff. The doctor was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly.The staff was friendly and professional. The entire medical center was clean and well-organized. I felt well cared for and highly recommended them.

I’m so disappointed, I am trying to get mental healthcare and I was to be seen TODAY AT 12:30pm Im dealing with CPTSD and this is the 3rd time today alone that they mess up my appointment. Im literally in tears and having a panic because I just need help and they can’t seem to get the appointment right. I spoke to them in English and in Spanish to help and still I am here having a full panic attack! Do not recommend this place at all. The blood work ladies are the only ones that are sweet.
