The doctors, nurses and front desk in Sanitas Doral have such great customer service! Margarita in ECO so sweet and funny. Made me feel very comfortable and was very respectful! Will definitely be recommending my family members and friends to come here for any testing they need!

About months ago, I visited the urgent care here with my daughter and had an excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, the young lady at the front desk was kind, professional, and very helpful with the check-in process. Once we were taken back, Yanet, the doctor’s assistant, treated us with great care and patience. She was very attentive and gentle, and took the time to explain each step so my daughter felt comfortable and calm. The mammogram technician, Neomi, was excellent. She was new to the role when I visited and brought prior imaging from another facility on a DVD. The images were labeled as “anonymous,” which is outside the usual format and understandably complicated the import process. Despite this, Neomi worked tirelessly with the IT department to try to resolve the issue and ensured that the follow-up imaging was completed on time. She was professional, patient, and dedicated throughout the process. Thank you, Neomi, for your hard work and commitment to patient care.

So far, so great! I'm impressed with Sanita's operations and the service they provide. I have Sanita's care at $60 per month and I used it before when I had no insurance and I kept it after I got back on an insurance plan because of the value and included services it provides. I highly recommend Sanitas Medical Center and Sanitas Care plan!
