Sanitas Medical Center

My first visit was highly pleasant, I'm new to Mt. dora and the apopka location was about 15 min away...the facility was clean, orderly, the staff are very courteous and attentive. I didn't have to wait long at all about 5 min til the nurse took me. Very sweet nurse and Dr! Both my fiance and I had questions and the Dr. took the time to answer them all! I highly recommend them!

Dr. Rachel Santos is one of the best doctors I have encountered @ Sanitas Medical.. she has very great bedside manners, very professional, very human/knowledgeable person…. I just love my visits with her she makes me feel safe & trusted..The facility is always clean and staff are so welcoming and pleasant…very supportive team in Apopka Thanks Doctor Santos 💜🙏🏽😷

I visited for the initial appointment on Nov. 3rd; paperwork was handled fast and loved the environment; I was treated very professionally. I was provided with several new medications and no courtesy call for follow up. Instead, the pharmacist called because the meds were "too high dosage and too many for the same treatment and she was concerned". However, I am upset that my follow up appointment was supposed to be in 3 to 4 weeks. There was no availability, so it was scheduled for Dec. 5th. Last week I received a message cancelling because the office would be closed that afternoon. Poor planning in my opinion. I have called several times to reschedule and there's nothing available until after Dec. 17th. That is unacceptable! There should be accommodations and prioritize if an error w

I was fairly new to Florida and would see this place in passing, but never was quite sure what it was. It's tucked away and sits back of the road. After having to find someplace to go for my PCP, Sanitas Medical Center came up. I remembered the name sounded familiar, and when I realized it was the place that sat back off the road in passing, I was curious to go there. Upon calling and setting my appointment, the staff was very Center and friendly over the phone. This sold me right away as other places I attempted sounded either rushed, confused or simply unfriendly. Walking in, the Center is nice, neat, and clean. With most places, the receptionist are the first people you run into, which can speak volumes for the entire office and the type of service to be received moving forward. The r

My ARPN Rachel Santos is amazing! So much so that I have followed her to her new location. The staff are attentive and kind. I highly recommend Sanitas Medical Center.
