Sango Pharmacy

A couple weeks ago I had medications to pick up. There were two different mg for one medication. I wasn’t sure which to pick up so I picked up the one discussed in doctor appointment. I doubled checked with them at drive through asking are there any notes why there would be two? She said no notes. I sat there trying to decide so I went with the one discussed. After having a traumatic reaction the next day to the medication I found out that there were notes on the medication at the pharmacy to cancel the higher dose and be given the lower dose. Had someone actually look at the medications and truly looked when I asked I wouldn’t have gone through what I did the following day. I have used this pharmacy for over four years. They were extremely nice and helpful until this year. They decided they were going to make an executive decision that they would no longer mail my prescription to me that they have been sending for four years. I don’t have a problem with this IF would have told me before I ran out of my medication. Michelle decided she made an “executive decision “ and refused to give me my prescription which could very well cause me to go into the hospital due to being without my medication. Went to Sango Pharmacy to get my flu shot - and met the new pharmacist there, Michelle. She is so pleasant, smart, funny and so helpful. I enjoyed my experience there so much.

First time at Sango Pharmacy, not sure why it’s my first time… I will return! I had questions and heard they would know. I was met with friendly staff, all questions answered, and I got what I needed quickly. PLUS they have so many cute items! I found gifts and extra things you don’t find anywhere else around here.
