Sanford South University Urgent Care

I went into the urgent care and was treated very kindly. I got in quickly and got the medical care I needed. The nurses and doctor were all very nice and I am so thankful for the medical care I received ❤️

Super impressed! Doctor followed through, there was good communication, they listened and were helpful! The nurse was new and yet did an awesome job. Even the receptionist was extremely friendly, very welcoming. Wait time was short.

I was seen within 15 minutes of walking through the front door. Dr. Lien was especially kind and reassuring, and I truly felt heard and like he cared about my concerns. I’ve had decent expeirences here in the past, never anything remarkable either way, but this visit was 5/5. Thank you Sanford.

$11k for 17 hrs of laying in a bed with an IV and having to leave the facility to get the proper care and medications to get better. Type 1 diabetics need to be careful going here for treatment

Lexi (PT) and Jess (OT), of the Brain & Neuro Outpatient Physical therapy Department, on the 4th floor, are, by far, the best therapists I've ever worked with. Their commitment and dedication to helping people with injuries of all types, for me, personally, I am a paraplegic and have had to relearn a lot of simple day to day tasks. These two therapists, along with Greg, an assistant, Linda , the receptionist and every other therapist I've met at this place show nothing but empathy and a quite obvious commitment to helping a person achieve their goals. I've been working with Lexi and Jess since January of 2025 and have successfully achieved things that I'd never imagined possible. I will be continuing therapy with Lexi, Greg, Linda, and Jess for the foreseeable future and that couldn't make
