Sanford Pharmacy I-94

I have been here for over an hour waiting for my son’s post op meds. But because he was at Essentia for his procedure, it’s not a priority for them. The rude tech wanted to make sure I knew other people have more pressing needs than an 11yr old boy who just had surgery. Zero compassion and zero respect. Disgusting.

Wait times are ridiculously long. Lady at counter keeps disappearing. There is a line of over 15 people and only 1 person behind counter. Have been in line for over 30 mins. They need a board to say when people's orders are ready for pickup.

They were able to get the meds ready in a half hour, which is amazing! They are located on the second floor and going left off of the elevators. I had a good experience.

THE WORST pharmacy i’ve ever been to in my life. they will refuse to give you your prescriptions, they will refuse to use your debit card as a form of payment, they’ll laugh in your face, be very rude to you, even yell at you and make you leave crying without your medication you need to live. i’m diabetic and NEED insulin, and it’s sad that these people deny me my right to purchase my medication that my doctor prescribes for me. also, a few months ago i went in to get a medication and the man ringing me up was about my age. he obviously knew my first and last name because i had to tell him to get the meds and about 10 minutes after i left he requested to follow me on instagram. very unprofessional and inappropriate. HIPAA violation even. NEVER go here!!!!

Worst pharmacy I have experienced. Lots of angry frustrated customers myself included. Prescription wasn’t filled as was told it would be ready. Waited an hour to get medication. Lott’s of excuses. Stay away!
