Sanford Health Dickinson Walk-in Clinic

The walk in clinic was very helpful. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and so was the nurse. The doctor who saw me was very considerate & prescribed me something for my symptoms without doing any tests. Went in the evening time and there was no wait!

I don’t even know where to start. I went in thinking I might have a fractured foot. They took an X-ray, had me there maybe 15 minutes, and sent me home. Later that day, I got a call that started with, “I don’t know what they want me to tell you,” — then she said it might be gout, but probably not, or maybe a foreign object in my foot, but she wasn’t sure. Like, what?! Neither of the people I spoke to had any idea what they were talking about. The next day, I got another completely useless call telling me it’s not gout because my bloodwork came back fine. When I asked what is going on, they told me to call my primary. I’m traveling and don’t even live in this state — so I don’t have a primary here. What an absolute waste of time and money. Completely useless and incompetent.

I honestly don’t understand how this place has only two stars. I’ll start by saying the lady at the front desk was really nice and respectful to me. They took me to the back within minutes of me being there the nurses asked me what was wrong she listened and didn’t just shrug it off as a head ache like most places do she listened to me and heard my concerns. The doctors came in shortly after I really didn’t have to tell him anything he knew already from the nurse. The doctor and I talked he checked me out and gave me a treatment plan. This is one of the better clinics I’ve been to I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I am submitting this formal complaint regarding a serious error made by an employee of the MRI department at Sanford Dickinson, which resulted in the cancellation of a medically necessary MRI, misinformation about insurance coverage, and significant emotional distress. Do not enter this clinic for any reason!! There is no way to know the prices before making visits or tests. If you ask for an estimated price they will tell you something that has very little to do with the truth and then they start to send you home dozens of exaggerated bills! I have traveled all over the United States but believe me ... This is the worst clinic ever even in terms of quality of care! Anywhere else is way way way better!!!!
