While our over all Sanford experience was a 3. Dr. Jennifer Olson is absolutely amazing and loved by our family. She does a fantastic job explaining everything and all our options and then allows us the freedom to decide how to proceed. I feel like an active participant in my health instead of a spectator and she makes me feel like a better mother after seeing her. Loved our experience with this GREAT doctor

They are the kindest and most thorough place I have ever been to. They treat you as a human and listen without you feeling rushed. We are very fortunate to have this wonderful place to go to.

I've been a patient with sanford since 2004. In 2007 I had a stillbirth. Because of the lack of insurance and cost associated with my hospital stay, I was left with a tremendous bill. I wrote a letter to Sanford about my experience and the issue I was facing. Sanford took care of 100% of my debt owed. It was a blessing to not have to pay back the cost of such a painful experience. Ever since I have promoted the service at Sanford to people new to the Brookings area, family, and friends. I also appreciate that my primary care physician, my psychiatrist, my therapist, and all the specialist work TOGETHER to be on the same page making sure I'm receiving the best service possible. My husband was having tremendous mouth pain. Have been to numerous doctors and no one seem to know what to do to help including Sanford. They charge 75 dollars more than Avera and what they gave us did nothing. So 189.00 down the drain plus cost of medicine and over the counter stuff that did not work either.

My girlfriend was told she has influenza A but was given zero medication for it and had to go in 4 times to get the test done. Where as when I went into a Sioux Falls location one time with the same symptoms and they prescribed me with medication. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
