Sanford Bismarck Retail Pharmacy

I can’t say enough good things about Sanford Compounding Pharmacy. After years of unknowingly overpaying at another local compounding pharmacy, I finally called Sanford to price-check a medication. And I was shocked (in a good way) to learn that they charge a fraction of the cost for the exact same compound. No gimmicks, no vague answer. Just straightforward, fair pricing. Their staff was professional, helpful, and transparent from start to finish. It’s refreshing to find a pharmacy that puts patients first and doesn’t take advantage of the fact that most compounded medications are paid out-of-pocket. Sanford could have easily charged more like others do, but they don’t. They do the right thing, and that matters. If you need compounded prescriptions filled, start here. You’ll save money,

The pharmacist (Kyle) there is incredible…he works hard to help customers to get the best way to have their prescription filled and what’s also incredible, he takes time to explain everything to his customers so they understand medications they take as well as the insurance process. He really really cares and gives personal attention to his customers! I can’t say that about any other pharmacy experience I’ve had here in Bismarck. I used to go to CVS…NO MORE, they are NOT at all attentive or personal in any approach to the customer. They are a corporate machine.

If I could give Zero stars I would. I would say I'm shocked this pharmacy can stay open but seeing as any Sanford employee needing a prescription through their insurance has no other choice than to use this pharmacy, that's probably the only thing keeping them open. My insurance company switched online pharmacies so I had my provider just send my scripts to the Sanford pharmacy for this time. HUGE mistake! I would go without my script before I'd ever return to that place. To start out, as normal the parking lot was full. I didn't want to use the valet because this was just going to be a quick 5 minute trip in and out. I finally found a spot to park and as I get out of my vehicle I get charged by an employee yelling you can't park there! We need that spot for security! So instead I end up p
