Sanford Aberdeen Acute Care Clinic

We were well taken care of the minute we walked up to the desk. Check in was fast and friendly. Very short wait to get back to a room. Again everyone was professional and kind! Glad we stopped on the way back from a 4 day trip.

The person who answers the phone is incredibly rude and has zero empathy. Called for an acute issue and the lady was rude the entire phone call. Couldn't get me scheduled for 10 days. There was no need for her to be condescending. Sanford Health should require customer service training and training on how to treat patients especially since many patient are chronically ill, in pain, or having an acute issue. Reading other reviews, several other people have had the same experience. Would not recommend this clinic.

Pleasant team from the front desk to the provider. Took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed.

I was in Aberdeen on a trip when I came down with what I thought was strep throat. After doing some web research I went to Sanford Aberdeen Acute Care in hopes of salvaging my trip. I was greeted at the door and directed to an intake receptionist who was friendly yet professional. She quickly got me registered and sent me to a waiting area. A short time later I was met by a nurse who took care of my history and vitals. No long afterwards “Dr Amy” came in and assessed my situation and prescribed medication. I’m sitting in my motel 11 hours later feeding much better. Everyone I met at Sanford was professional, friendly, reassuring and empathetic. The only down side was I never had time to read the book I brought for the waiting room!😄. Thank you Sanford Acute Care!
