I thought everyone from front desk to back in the X-ray were very nice, a lot of smiles. The doctor I saw made me feel heard and part of what me treatment would be. They were super fast getting me in and out as I know flue,covid,etc is bad right now and I appreciate that I didn't have to sit long in the waiting area, which is good size, around sick patients. And the fact the pharmacy is right next door was awesome. Lewis drug store is full of neat things so it gave me something to look at while I was waiting. I got out of my appointment and had my prescription in an hour. Thanks Sanford.

Went in to urgent care today for dehydration, I am type 1 diabetic so I get like this often. I usually go to an iv center but could not be seen today so I thought going in to my primary doctor office I would feel valued. I was wrong! I usually wouldn’t even think to go see my actual Docter for iv fluids but I did this time. I seen heather van marion (np) and I could tell right away she was on bs when she walked in the room. She stated let me look at your chart for the first time, knowing dang well she read my chart and why I was there. We went over my symptoms and she turns and looks at me and stated we have an iv shortage and unless this is an emergency we don’t give them. We have taken our daughter here a few times for ear infections when we could not see her PCP. This may be one of the most unprofessional, unorganized, and inattentive acute care facilities I have ever been to. A few of the times we have been here, the providers have tried to prescribe her an antibiotic she is allergic to. Which is listed in her chart. On a different visit, she was given decadron orally by one of the nurses, and a few moments later a different nurse came into the room with another dose of decadron drawn up prior to entering the room and tried to give it to her! The last visit we had, she was prescribed an antibiotic for an ear infection. I have learned to read through her Sanford chart before giving her anything, and sure enough this time she was weighed at 13.8 pounds, whe

Not a very good place to good the staff was great some of them but not all if you serious about your help I will not go there. I walk in one lady was playing like she was typing cause I guess she didn’t want to serve me yes I’m African American not making this a race thing but come on it don’t take a rocket scientist to know were I am at. So they didn’t do anything I said I been having this symptoms for 3weeks the nurse that took me back she was the only one I really cared for and the lab guy. Maybe Sanford need to get Better workers if you going to be billing us for you guys not be doing anything .

I thought the front desk staff were very nice and polite as well as professional. However, the nurse I got was incredibly rude and judgmental. And didn't feel she was professional by any means. The doctor was ok, but it would have been a better experience if the nurse was a little nicer since I spent most of the time speaking with her.
