I LOVE Dr. Dragonu! My appointments never feel rushed and she listens to my concerns and my questions with sympathy and education. I also appreciate the flexibility this office offers. Not many are open 7 days a week.

I was seeing Dr Dragonu at first under a different insurance plan. When my new insurance kicked in I saw her name on the list as a provider taking new patients. So I called for an appointment, I missed my appointment so when I called back to reschedule the front desk person told me that my old insurance was no longer active. I said to her I have new insurance. When she ran my new insurance she said we dont take that insurance. I said to her she on the list and I have a cash card that goes with my insurance card. Still I got no appointment. She is ok as a doctor, her appearance is unkept though. She's not someone I would go to with serious health issues. She should be happy to get all the business she can.

I had a very upsetting experience at this clinic. When I arrived for my appointment, I was refused service without a clear explanation. The way the staff spoke to me made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. As a Black patient, I left feeling that I was not treated fairly or equally. The doctor, who spoke with a European accent, possibly from Ukraine, explained that the staff had scheduled the appointment by mistake and that they shouldn’t have scheduled appointments for me and my children. She told me I need to seek care elsewhere. No one should ever feel dismissed when seeking medical care. I hope the clinic reflects on how they treat patients and ensures that everyone is shown respect and receives effective care, regardless of race. Worst experience ever. Came in with a headache that would not go away for two days. Doctor says he's going to give me something from pain. Then comes in with a printout showing that I get testosterone from a different doctor. So he couldn't write me anything except ibuprofen. I couldn't even get a shot I would have to go to the emergency room. This is after 2 hours of waiting. Would not recommend this place. Extremely upset and disappointed!

Came in due to shortness of breath and other complications. Doctor was so kind and sincere with her care. She was super hands on despite having staff to do some of the work. You could tell she genuinely wanted to help me feel better. She even walked me out the door. ❤️
