Sandy Springs Center for Nursing and Healing

When my cousin sent the address to the facility, I googled the reviews, from those I had mixed emotions, but from the time I entered the facility the front desk staff were friendly & very helpful and from then on the staff was very accommodating. During the course of the first day I found three issues that needed resolved fairly quickly. Ms. Stephanie Jordan was the first person I talked to about it. She was very approachable & attentive. Assured me right away that she would connect me with all persons who could take care of them for me. The same day by evening, 2 of the issues were resolved & the 3rd day which is today 2/20/26 the last concerned was completely resolved. Special thank you’s to Ms. Shannay who was so easy to talk to, caring & accommodating and who checked in frequently

The staff at the Rehab. wing at this facility are awesome. Arrived late Friday and had to catch up on Monday. The most helpful staff and caring. I applaud the regular staff and the agency staff have been very supportive. PT/OT staff are great 😊.Best nursing staff from administration to hands on.😊

My visit went extremely well. From the minute I pulled into Sandy Springs CNH. I new my friend from HS was in great hands. The grounds were clean and well kept. The entire Staff went out of thier way to answer any questions I might of had. The young Lady at the check in desk was very professional, upbeat and friendly. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Great facility. Everyone from the medical team to the administration has been wonderful. They have done an amazing job in helping my mom feel better. I would highly recommend. The facility is also very clean and the grounds are nice and kept up. I took my mom for a stroll today and it was super pleasant. They also allow family/friends to bring in things from home to make your loved one feel more comfortable in their new environment.

They are taking good care of my loved one so far. Just been a few hours but I have no complaints. Staff is very friendly and kind. Everyone has gone out of their way to help us.
