Tried to make an appointment but the reception lady had a bad attitude. Lost the confidence even before seeing its doctor. Worst experience in the service area in a while.

The only good thing here was the dentist who treated me, she was patient. But overall this place was a nightmare. My root canal was dragged out over two painful visits with at least a week in between, and I was left in extreme pain the entire time. Afterward, they refused to bill Medi-Cal for a crown, claiming they only use material not covered (even though my insurance confirmed I was covered) and demanded cash upfront just to book the initial appointment. The front desk was pushy and made me feel like they were doing me a favor. This office only cares about money, not patients. Medi-Cal patients especially, stay away!

Staff is Unprofessional and lacks sympathy towards Clients. Front desk denied services after having a full appointment months prior due to lack of communication and staff training. People who suffer pain come for help, not be eye rolled and scolded on top of everything. If you do not like your job or helping others maybe a different job is more suitable for you. Train your staff to be accommodating , gentle and informative. The front desk was dismissive, rude, and straight up seemed annoyed to even be there as if it were the clients fault she had to work. I would be more upset with my hairstylist if I had the terrible hair dye job and split ends she had. Fix yourself maybe you’d be more happy to come into work.

Came here because I had a really bad tooth ache. I called and asked for a same day appointment and they took me in without a hassle. They did a wonderful job explaining what was going to be done. The Doctor was calm and very gentle and made sure I was numb enough for the tooth extraction. It was all painless and done really well. I would recommend this place. 👍🏻

I've been a patient of Sandy Dental since I was 5years old full of decayed teeth. Daily, weekly after school trips to My family dentistry. I have so many memories coming to the dental office initially like any child I was scared and what made me courageous was the provider and staff making me feel heard, comfortable and ready. Fast forward today, I'm now 30 years old and continue to come to Sandy Dental. Wow! 25 year long term patient. Although, my previous provider is long retired. His son Dr. Vu is now my provider. Dr. Vu is knowledgeable and genuinely looking out for the best of my treatment plan.
