Horrible customer service. Despite confirming my appointment, the office double booked and cancelled my appointment TWICE on two separate dates. When I called, the admin answering the phone was was rude, accusing, non-understanding and hung up in the middle of me talking. Get you hearing care literally ANYWHERE else.
